Meet the team
A Board of appointees shares responsibility for running GEM.
The Board has formally adopted the GEM CHARTER which defines the way
that the organisation is structured and governs
the expectations placed upon both leaders and members.
The Board is equally accountable to each other with and each member takes
a share of the necessary development tasks.
They are all long-standing volunteers in the emergency radio sector and may be contacted

Liaison Officers/Country Managers and Susidiary Organisations
represent the interests of GEM in their home country,
acting as a point of contact with the organisation for members
as well as for national organisations who wish to work with GEM.
In addition GEM International has subsidiary organizations that work in concert
with the main body but are independently managed.
They follow the guidelines spelled out by the main bodies Charter.
